  How many people have to write about this older lady being RUDE until she gets an attitude adjustment?? This lady has offended my grandma and I for the last time. The last time we went my grandma got the rude lady and she told my gramma, "who do your nails? They did very bad job it no look good, looks very very bad,,," and on and on... My grandma had filed her nails down because they weren't cut short enough previously so it embarrassed my gramma and made her feel bad.
  We decided to go back only for the sole reason that the older gentleman there did an AMAZING job on my nails and my gramma said she didnt mind the place. Well I got stuck with the rude one. I sit down and she takes my first finger and then let's it go and says "go wash your hands, you're sticky". Obviously I went to wash my hands but in my head I'm pissed already because I know for a fact I just washed my hands 5 minutes ago in my home, right down the street. As she's carelessly grabbing each of my fingers and bending them to her will, very roughly, she gets to my thumb which has always been swollen and painful since childhood for some reason, and I tell her "ow my thumb is very sensitive" she says "oh I'm sorry don't mean to hurt you, why painful?" I told her I don't know why. She tells me "oh you need to excersize". Ok Doctor, is that what you really think?? So at this point I'm a sticky gross chick that needs to excersize. WHERE DO YOU GET OFF ON MAKING OTHER PEOPLE FEEL BAD??? You are an extremely rude little lady. Most people that go to a nail salon want their nails done, not to sit there and listen to you being a rude, entitled gremlin. Suggeston, keep your mouth closed and fix my nails. Oh and to top it off she literally slopped my nail polish on with not a single f@$k given. Walked out with polish all around every single cuticle. Never watched someone paint nails so carelessly. Anyways, avoid the older asian lady like the plague, but the older guy rocks.
  
  One more thing, when you walk in they literally act like they don't have time for you and that they're "going out of their way" for you. They could all use a damn pep talk honestly.
